After too many over-the-counter tests, a blood test, and a lot of frustration I finally got my "friend"...eight days late. Who knows what happened? Might have been stress (more than usual?), might have been anticipation, might have just been a fluke. Either way, we're not pregnant...yet. But we're excited to keep trying! ;)
We've decided (because Justin and I are not patient people) that we're going to use an ovulation predictor kit next month. We have friends that have had really good luck (after really bad luck) using them and we figure every little bit helps. I had always hoped that our kids would be born sometime other than November, but if we conceive this time around, that's exactly what we'll get. One more fall birthday in the mix. Beggers can't be choosers, I suppose!
LOL You are NOT beggers for crying out loud!! It WILL happen, although I do support the ovulation predictors because why not have the extra help? Especially since you are under more stress, trying to have a baby is stressful ;) , and now you aren't sure what you're body is doing! I love you and LOVE reading about every step along this journey!
